Mindfulness is easy and brings HUGE benefits. It feels GOOD, slows down time, chills us out and let’s us make the best decisions and choices in life.

Mindfulness eases anxiety, lifts the spirits, improves relationships and stimulates creativity. This simple skill can totally transform your life forever!

What will I get out of this course?

This fundamental course explores the essential mindfulness meditation exercises and helps cultivate new skillful ways of dealing with what goes on in our bodies, minds and lives. With a mindful body, heart and soul, you become more relaxed, happy and fulfilled. You will also discover how to tune into your own powerful source or reliable inner wisdom.

What time commitment do I need?

Once a week for 4 weeks, you will receive your materials – videos, audios and/or tip-sheets. These will take around 30-60 minutes to watch, listen and read.

You are also invited to try out some simple daily practices, usually taking just a few minutes a day, and one or two practices lasting 20 minutes.
